We’re not just sitting back and waiting for your call. From our central hub, we monitor and manage your systems and configurations, and make sure you have the latest software updates. In most cases, we’ll identify and fix and issues before you’re even aware of them.

All you have to worry about is making sure you’re in place to start your video conference at the right time. And with our new concierge service we can even set that up for you, too.

Of course, there may be a time when you do need to call us. When that happens, we don’t sting you with hidden extra charges. It’s all covered as part of the support contract.
